Villa Calmo, near Odemira on the west coast of Portugal, is a stylish newly built villa with its own pool, located in an unspoilt rural location.  As private owners we are pleased to provide you with the following villa details:

Villa Bedrooms

The villa has three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin room.

The master bedroom has an en- suite with shower, hand basin and toilet
The second double has patio doors opening onto a private patio with a view of the pool.
All three bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes.
There are full length mirrors in the double bed rooms.
All rooms have bedside tables and lamps.
All bedrooms also have the advantage of under floor heating.
A travel cot is available if required. 

Lounge, Dining Room & Kitchen

The light spacious lounge has three sets of patio doors opening onto a large undercover patio area and the large patio overlooking the pool and garden.

The lounge is equipped with two sofas, two occasional chairs and coffee table. There is also a Television with sky, DVD player, CD/Radio player and selection of games and DVD’s. The lounge also has a fireplace with a log burner. The dining area has a table and six chairs, the table can extend to seat 10.

The well equipped kitchen with granite work tops and extensive range of oak units has a breakfast bar with stools for three.

There is an electric oven and extractor, gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen window looks out over the gardens and pool. All of these rooms have ceramic tiled floors with under floor heating for all round use.
